There isn't one? Most "teams" where I'm from aren't government sanctioned. There's more a sort of mutual agreement not to step on each others' toes, and as long as we operate mostly within the law - as in, there isn't a trail of bodies in our wake and no one's stealing money or contraband - they generally leave us alone.

I was one of the founding members of the Titans at fourteen, and it's been an organization that's been in place on and off since then. Technically, at my point in the timeline, I hadn't told her to join them yet, but it was something I was considering, because the Titans has given a lot of kids a sense of community and belonging they can't get at home, for whatever reason.
