[Grayson has noticed, and it bothers him. Admittedly, he's in the office more than basically anyone except maybe Kovacs, but it's still annoying, when you've got work to do and your partner's never around. Not that he usually waits for permission on stuff like this. He spent the last five years before coming to Redemption running down criminals with a relentlessness that impressed pretty much everyone, and scared the hell out of people he was on the tail of, he doesn't need approval from a partner to do work.
